ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS RECEIVES ASAE ACCREDITATION AND HIGH SATISFACTION RATING IN CUSTOMER SURVEY
Fremont, Calif. - (December 16, 2003) - Association Management Solutions (AMS) today announced the results of its 2003 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. AMS also announced that it has received accreditation by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) as a certified Association Management Company (AMC).
The strict ASAE AMC accreditation process reviews an association management company's ethics, business practices, finances and client management. Only those that meet these high industry standards are approved. AMS was one of the first 50 companies to receive this high level of recognition from the ASAE. AMS' successful track record in starting and servicing technology groups is a testimony to those high standards.

AMS recently received the results of its Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, conducted by Level 2 Marketing. 100 percent of respondents found AMS staff "a valuable resource to the board and other association leaders."* The survey also found that 100 percent of respondents feel AMS is able to "implement activities that ensure that our stated goals and objective are achieved"* and that AMS is "effective in promoting and retaining members."*
When asked for written comments, respondents felt top AMS services include member communications, event planning and implementation, web support, assistance to clients' boards and forum management. "(AMS) is overall very capable and responsive and, equally important, pleasant to work with," wrote one respondent.
"Our main goal in conducting this survey was to identify areas in which we can either expand or improve our services," said Machi. "We are extremely proud of these results. As a service-based business, this is the most important indicator of our success."
*Respondents selected "Strongly Agree" or "Agree" from the following list of answers: "Strongly Agree, Agree, Neither, Disagree, Strongly Disagree." Survey was anonymous, with answers received via website.
